Why is Solo free?
Because the marginal cost of running one person's inbox on Cloudflare is roughly zero, and we'd rather you stay because Latch works than because you're locked in.
Does Latch read every email I get?
Yes. That's the job. It reads, ranks, drafts, and decides — all at the Cloudflare edge, on a Durable Object scoped to your account. The plaintext doesn't sit on a long-lived server.
Can I self-host?
Self-host is on the roadmap for v1.2. The same Workers + DO codebase, deployed to your own Cloudflare account. Export your model, deploy, re-import.
What happens if I cancel?
Your DO is deleted within 60 seconds of confirmation. Your model JSON is offered as a download. Your Gmail authorization is revoked at our end and we ask you to revoke at Google's end too. There's no recovery period and we don't want one.
