A small tool with strong opinions.
Latch is built by one person for the kind of operator who'd rather have a few small tools that do one thing well than one platform that does everything badly. If you've ever opened a "productivity suite" and closed it again, you're our user.
The bet.
The bet is that nobody really wants Inbox Zero. What people actually want is the confidence that nothing important is rotting in there. A surfaced thread, drafted reply, and a quiet morning is worth more than a count that says "0."
The constraints.
- One product. No suite, no platform, no second app.
- One accent color. Restraint is the brand.
- Your data, your DO. Per-account isolation, no cross-tenant learning.
- Honest exits. One click deletes the model.
- No dark mode in v0. We'll get there in v1.
The infrastructure.
Latch is built on Cloudflare. Workers handle the request edge, Durable Objects hold per-account state, and Email Sending delivers the morning summary. The result is a stack that's fast at the edge, private by isolation, and cheap enough to give Solo away.

The person.
Hi — I'm Isaac. I build Latch alone right now. I read every support email myself. If you write to me you'll get a reply from me, not a ticketing bot. The fastest way to reach me is contact@isaaclins.com.
Want to try it?
The Solo tier is free. The Operator tier has a 14-day trial. There's no waitlist.
